New Website

Our new website is up, so the old one won’t have many new posts coming up in the future.

Eventually, once everything is working as it should, I’ll put a redirect in place so any traffic comes to this one!

As before, our domain is lostintranslationmon.com

I’m still tweaking some things and improving a few other things, but this has taken me many full days of work.

I’ve posted a similar update on our old site

I’m going to take a break now and enjoy the last few hours of my Sunday.

In terms of upcoming stuff, I intend to have Patreon only areas of the website and, potentially, live recordings in those areas.

Upcoming (important?) changes to blog, podcast and Patreon

Hey guys,
Over the coming weeks/month I’ll be changing up everything a little, so this is just a heads up.
The podcast will not be ending with YH and neither will Lost in Translationmon.
There will be some polls going up on our Patreon for additional changes to the podcast and, in addition, some new milestones and rewards will be added and some existing ones that no longer are feasible will be removed.
I’ve got some ideas for blog posts, podcasts, and videos to keep everything active.
There are also non-Digimon related potential plans as well.
In regards to the Podcast’s hosting, I’ll be moving it over to another provider as SoundCloud is getting a little expensive. This should be streamlined, so hopefully it won’t be too noticeable.
If you have any questions or good suggestions, I’m obviously open to hearing about them, but I do already have a lot of ideas to go ahead with!
Thanks for reading!

Sad Podcast Update

This is not an update that anybody wants to have. So I’ll try to make this brief.
Unfortunately, Jay and I have separated as partners.
We are still friends and will still do the podcast, but the schedule will change.
From Xros Wars coverage onwards the podcast will be published fortnightly.
We will cover the remainder of Serial Experiments Lain all in one go and release each episode in between the Xros Wars coverage.
As for our Digimon manga podcast coverage, I will continue with a guest, starting from Digimon Next. There are few people I have in mind that I think would make excellent contributors to the show.
However, this will mean another delay to our Digimon manga coverage.
Once Lain and then the Manga coverage are both over, May will try to get more Let’s Plays and streams out weekly either Friday night or Saturday morning AU time.
We apologise that we can’t continue being a weekly podcast, but will endeavour to continue to produce a quality show for you to enjoy.
Thank you all for your patience and support.
