Another pretty easy one, and spoilers; it’s chosen because of a similar reason that Bearmon was chosen.

Cardmon
The specific Cardmon that comes to mind is the weakest and most common variation – C1.
What a silly looking Digimon that has honestly stuck in my mind just because of it’s silly design and how incredibly infuriating finding and fighting some of them were.
Cardmon has only ever shown up in Digimon World 2003 and appears when you kick the trees with your special tree-kicking boots. They drop booster packs when beaten, these cards are used in the side-game.
There are also blue ones that can be found when fishing.
Though you won’t be able to tell just by looking at them – their standard attack can actually inflict the curse status condition on your Digimon, which is oddly horrifying considering how happy they look.
