Following on from last week’s review and, of course, our podcast discussion episode, it’s time to watch the 46th episode of Digimon Ghost Game)!
Opening thoughts
I saw on the official Twitter account this morning that we get a new Digimon this week, so that’s pretty exciting!
Digimon Ghost Game Episode 46 “Queen’s Banquet”
Hiro’s creepy friend is creeping on girls at the pool which is just awful, but then he gets licked by something in the ceiling, he then gets attacked by multiple vines and tells Hiro about some weird vines but Hiro doesn’t see them. Kota then sees them in a puddle.
Kota keeps seeing the plants in water and the Digimon checks on him during the night and says he’s not ready yet. Hiro realises it must be a Digimon so he and the others investigate. Ruli is about to be attacked by she sprays it with deodorant.
The Digimon then lures Kotaro out by appearing as a pretty lady. The lady makes him comb his hair and remove his clothes and shave because the Digimon is going to eat him.
The Digimon evolve to adults when they realise the weeds are growing around them, but they all get captured. SymbareAngoramon recognises her as Oleamon and starts sassing her on her cooking ability and says he can show her and teaches Oleamon about steaming ingredients.
Ruli uses deoderant to fight because she realises that Oleamon doesn’t like the smell and BetelGammamon causes an explosion.
Oleamon explains that she cooked for a human once and it’s Hiro’s Dad. he said that her cooking smelt like humans when they haven’t bathed for a long time and that made her want to eat humans.
Oleamon becomes a weird mukbanger.

Another inoffensive episode, honestly, but it’s nice to see another new Digimon popping up!
