Following on from last episode’s review and, of course, our podcast discussion episode, it’s time to watch the 22nd episode of Digimon Ghost Game!
Opening thoughts
We’re back after the hiatus! So let’s jump straight in!
Will Gammamon’s nightmare be more dark evolutions, or just the viewer nightmare of more filler?
Digimon Ghost Game Episode 22 “Nightmare”
A man is running away from something in a labyrinth. Meanwhile, Jellymon is running her sleeping business which is a scam and running in conjunction with the cherry blossoms. However, the customers end up having nightmares with real wounds appearing.
Ruri is having a nightamre and Skdullgreymon appears. Angoramon noticed that they are in a loop and Jellymon and Kiyoshiro notice that the wounds from the nightmare really appear on them. Angoramon evolves in the dream and in real life. Jellymon notices that Pilomon’s bubbles have changed colour.
Jellymon and Kiyoshiro sleep to rescue Ruri and Angoramon. Symbaremon says that Pilomon is having a nightmare as the bubbles change if Pilomon sleeps well or not.
Jellymon evolves but gets hit and the group plunge into the dream, Bakumon is able to travel through SMS and tells Hiro. Kiyoshiro parts the sea because he can have powers and lucid dream. Which I love. SymbareAngoramon can multiply himself and teslaJellymon goes huge and is able to defeat SkullGreymon.
Bakumon realises that he was rescuing everyone from the nightmare and SKullGreymon comes back to life, but Pilomon wakes up which wakes everyone else up. Bakumon heals everyone’s wounds.
Pilomon says that they were chased around by SkullGreymon once and now whenever they eat so many dreams they have nightmares of it.
