This is another Digimon that I didn’t even have to think about – everything about this Digimon is just DUMB.

Xros Wars is a goldmine for silly looking Digimon, primarily because the third ‘season’ included a fun section after the episode which would combine two Digimon (such a Sparrowmon and Patamon or Shoutmon and JiJimon) and we would see their hilarious and silly combination.Having said all that, this Digimon is not one of these joke combinations.
While some of these combinations were clever and useful, such as ChibiKamemon and Shoutmon just adding a scuba suit to Shoutmon by attaching ChibiKamemon’s shell, others just had the designers get lazy and whack on one Digimon onto a larger Digimon and hope that it works.
It’s funnier when you see it when the Xros is first formed in a super serious battle situation.
We also had Cutemon and Knightmon DigiXros in another not-a-joke-segment scene, but it was just too charming to call dumb. Cyber Launcher is just a dumb chest burster.
