Alright so a few people have suggested having weekly polls be on our website. So let’s try this and see how it goes. First up; the first thing that popped into my mind…
If Kouji lost his spirit you could have a better reason for why it’s so hard to control beast spirits-you need to have a human spirit to make it work properly. It would also be nice for Kouji to be forced to rely on the rest of the team, making him appreciate teamwork more. It would also let other team members shine more.
I don’t understand what is so wrong with Izumi losing her spirit in that episode, she still got to save Tomoki. And does anyone think that one of the boys would be able to handle it as well as her? She was mature enough to postpone the fight with grottomon so they could reach forest terminal
Forgot to say that i voted for Junpei, just because he was the last one to have it, but still i don’t find it terrible that Izumi lost her spirit, in fact she does better without it considering what happens later on
I voted for Takuya because in my mind, he would be rather conflicted about having to use an unpredictable Beast Spirit, needing to have a short arc about that before actually coming to terms with using his Beast Spirit to win back his Human Spirit from Grottomon. I want to fight Toei so badly for this change. Or, uh, at the very least write a fanfic about this..hehe
I voted for Kouji. I like the idea of forcing him to rely on others for help more and not be such a lone wolf. Plus, Dub Koji could stand to be taken down a few pegs. (And a weak Kouji makes for a better TakuyaXKouji ship…)

I believe it should be Tommy, because he could learn how teamwork works and what it could be like to have less.
