ABCs of Underrated Digimon: B is for…

I wish, I wish, I wish I could choose Bearmon or Bakumon but both have too much love from both the franchise and the fandom to accurately called underrated.
And while BladeKuwagamon isn’t well known and has an amazing design (KNIFE BUG), I can’t say I truly love it.
And Bun from C’mon Digimon I can’t really super count…
Another honorable mention is Burgermon, but they’re pretty cute and had some episodes in Frontier focused on them and I know of a Digimon that starts with B who has always just been in the background or in the Digimon World games…

Wandering Across the Rainbow Chopsticks #9: How I’m Preparing for the JLPT N4 (Apps)

よ~
Hopefully this won’t be too much of a rehash of a post I made last year about apps that I’ve been using. However, when I wrote that post I hadn’t purchased my lifetime WaniKani subscription and had only done the first few levels. I’ll also only be talking about my main apps that I’m studying, as in, apps that I’m using daily.
So it won’t be as long-winded as the last app recommendation either.
I also made a similar post about companion apps to use along with Genki.

Recap, More Like..Recrap: The Best, Dullest, and Worst episode of Digimon Universe Appli Monsters

When Digimon Universe Appli Monsters was first announced I was pessimistic to say the least; the show seemed so different from the Digimon series that I loved as a child and the concept just seemed so dumb and ‘Quick! We need to keep up with YoKai Watch!’. However, from the first episode Appmon surprised and interested me, despite me being not the target demographic. The show quickly captured my heart very quickly with not only a clever and, at times, meta, plot, but endearing and unique characters that made me care from them even if, in Astra’s case, I hated them initially. Appmon really brings you back to the feeling you had when you first sat down to watch Digimon.

Wandering Across the Rainbow Chopsticks #8: How I’m Preparing for the JLPT N4 (Textbooks)

久しぶり!…又.
While my updates for WAtRC have been lacking (broke my collar bone so I was unable to really type easily for a month and then I got busy writing other blog posts and doing other podcast-related stuff), I have not stopped studying! The last post for WAtRC (5 months ago) I was just finishing level 11 and now, as of ~8am this morning, I am now level 25!
